Default Removing Stock tape player

I have a stock tape player that I was going to swap for a stock cd player (from the same year Bonneville). I have the antenna wire unplugged but can't figure out how to get the harness with lots of wires out without breaking it. Also, will the cd player harness plug in with no problems?
Thanks for any help,
Luke
