Guys, check his model year. It'* a 2002. The 02'* don't have a remote turn-on lead from the stock cd player, and there isn't a power antennae. There is only an antennae booster that turns on with the radio, and that'* done over Class II communications, not a conventional "remote" wire.

Since it looks like you have an Alpine headunit however, you can just use the remote turn-on lead from that. 2 amps is NOT going to overpower it.

definetly run a single remote wire from the hu all the way back and then split it, sacrificing voltage on remote turn on will not cause any problems as to it is only basically a switch that tells the amp to turn on and off. have fun.
