Thanks everyone found a fuse that will work, now if I can just get after market radio to work in this car I'll be a happy man.

You can probably buy a harness that will wire up to that aftermarket radio. The good ones are made by a company called METRA. What this harness does is wire up to an aftermarket radio and the other end is the same as the factory plug so you simply plug it into you wire harness that is in your car right now, like plugging in another factory unit.

They are usually pretty cheap anywhere from 10-20$.
