anyone know a good site where i can go to look at wiring diagram to hook up a remote start, i have one already installed but recently when i start it the starter doesn't disengage, i have a rs7k2 remote start if that matters any.

Do you have a manufacturer name like Viper or Clifford?
Does the starter disengage normally if you start the car with out the remote starter? If so I would suspect the remote starter unit as defective.

The start feature is usually controlled by the brain unit of the remote and it sounds like it either can't see the tachometer signal or there is a deeper issue in the circuitry.
Although I was under the impression that it was supposed to run the starter for a moment or two, then check the signal. Retry if a no start occurred.
