I would then suggest starting with applying the foam strips along the ribbed top and the 4 sections below that that protrude out on the ends and either side of the plate. I'm guessing on the density of the foam but think something like the bottom of a mouse pad would be sufficient.

For the foam, try the hardware store first. If you strike out there, look for a local industrial supply place. Other wise, there'* MSC Direct, McMaster-Carr and Reid Tool Supply

Yep. It'* not too bad to remove but I do use 2 specialty tools to make the job easier.


90* screwdriver adaptor to remove the phillips screws in the rear wheel wells without removing the wheels.


Best pic I could find. Panel clip removal tool for the 3-4 push-in fasteners underneath the cover.
