Default Part 2

As some may have seen I have lined 99% of my trunk with damplifier pro and diddn't get very good results. I haven't given up and tomorrow I will be putting some Spectrum spay in there. Hopefully when that dries I'll actually experience some results, I'll keep this updated.

you really need to lift the carpet. Last I heard you wanted to kill exhaust notes....well the exhaust runs all the way along the car, IMO doing only the trunk wont make you happy.

yeah but I can't afford to buy enough damplifier pro to do the whole car right now so I'm taking baby steps.

why not do the tunnel? and around where all the exhaust mounts are?

I'm not trying to put you down, I just dont think you are going to get the best results with the planned method of attack. Have you by chance signed up and posted about it on the second skin forum?

yeah, I'm not only doing all this to kill exhaust noise, thats just the loudest noise in the car. Over the next 6 months I'll be doing the whole car; doors roof, floors, wheel wells, the works. I just figured I'd start in the back and move up.

just put a coat on, going to put the rest of the gallon in next time I get the chance. I'd post the pictures but I'm on a school computer.
