I used the same grommet as you except i ran 8 gauge wire through it and heres how i did it. I tied the drawstring from a hoodie sweatshirt to the hanger then pulled the hangar almost all the way through, leaving the string on the engine side. then i tied the wire to the string and pulled the string through along with the wire. WIth the 4ga youll have ot use something a little stronger than a hoodie drawstring, cause mine almost broke. It also might help if you stab yourself a larger hole through the grommet first, with perhaps a phillips head screwdriver. Just dont stab into that crazy cable, or youll be listening to your new system in the driveway only.

I know I'm a little bit late, but you guys DO know that there'* an access easily accessible right below the brake pedal, under the carpetting? There'* a rubber cut-out in the sound deadener and it'* a spot where you can drill through the firewall, it'* not as thick there as it is in the rest of the areas. Then you just install your own gromment.
