Default ok we are gonna try this again

some of you may remember my trouble with my grommit, well today im gonna try it again. im gonna put a coat hanger through it ofrom the inside then just tape the wire to it and pull. now you also may remmeber i said i wont go around the firewall becuase i m,ay not have enough wire. well i thought about this and i realized, i can split it into the 8 ga. from the 4 ga right inside the car after the firewall! this will also eliminate the problem of powering an amp in the front of that car (which i plan to do for my door speaks eventually). so i am trying this again today after 5, my oinly question is, since ill have more 8 ga wire then 4 ga, should my ground be 4 or 8? the 8 will be going directly intro it but the 4 will be coming from the battery.
