Default New Front Stage Installed.... With Pics Bravox CS60K Kevlar

Well all I have to say is WOW

These comps are impressive as hell.. First off I didnt know Bravox makes speakers for Mirage, M&K, Niles Audio, Apogee and others.

First off I will say I drove for almost 2 hours I couldnt get myself to leave the car, there sound is simply amazing. I thru just about everything I had at them.

Heres what we got in the chain
JVC KD-AR5000 Head Unit
Autotek SX275 for the comps
Bravox CS60K 6.5" Components (xover at 75Hz)
Autotek SX2300 for the Sub
Resonant Engineering SE12 (xover at 80Hz)
2.8 Cu Ported Tuned to 29Hz
All Knu Konceptz Wiring and Interconnects

Everything set at flat no boost anywhere on anything

The mids are exceptional there very detailed and never shown a bit of harshness. Things I normally didnt hear on the Arc Audios showed up on these. Bass is very focused and punchy.

The highs which have a silk surround and aluminum dome are surprisingly very very smooth and mellow, never got harsh or scratchy. Cymbals seemed to be in the car not on a cd, high hats very well detailed and crisp. Even heavily distorted guitar sounded clean. Excellent tweeter and maybe the piece my system lacked the most.

I tryed solo instruments including banjo(which really shined), guitar, piano. I tryed the female voice, Christina Aguilera, Nora Jones, Madonna they say the female voice is the hardest to reproduce not with these. I did Acapella male voice, I did heavy metal, rap, bass music, You name it everything was extremely enjoyable and my ears were never fatigued.

The actual build of the product is impressive, everything is well constructed, the hardware clean and precise, the crossovers impecably made and very beefy.

All in all for once I dont want to leave my car, I wanted to just keep going it was a pleasure to be in the car with these components, and matched with the solid SQ of the RE SE12 they blended like they were made for each other. Was hard to tell what was the sub and what was the mid. Since building my new pods my soundstage improved 150% and now with these components its exactly where I want to be.

Kudos to Bravox for a exceptional component set no need to audition these anymore they are keepers.

Kevlar > All.

My B&W speakers i'm listening to some Pink Floyd at the moment, have NEVER disappointed me. THey sound so well accross so many types of music.

Just be sure they break in nicely! Hate to see a pair of those get hurt.
