Audio (and aftermarket electronics)This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)
But I did switch out subs and speakers. The subs are dual 12” (still) but it’* going to be a 1000 watts in total. With a 500 watt amp. The speakers I switched out from clubs to the concert series, which are JBL 621Fs

Make sure to aim some of them forward to help with braking!
I had another question if the subs will even fit in the trunk of my car. Again the car is a 2012 Chevy Sonic LT (hatchback model) I tried finding dimensions of both but if anyone could let me know if anyone could just give me a yes or a no on it. I know that the space may be really little just cause of the space of the trunk and gathered the idea of little space, but with the width and length together i don’t know if there would be enough room for even at all. But if anyone can let me know, I can send the dimensions of the subs and anyone that can figure out everything for it. Please give me like a simplified answer for it. Like yes or no.
Height 14" Width 29.5" Bottom Depth 13.5" Top Depth 11.0"

It seems that the rest of the world installs their speakers in their 2012 Chevy Sonic trunks in bags instead of boxes. All I can find is how many cubic feet that area is.
Sub-cabinet: Height 14"Width 29.5"Bottom Depth 13.5" Top Depth 11.0"
Carry-on: Height 14"Width 22"Bottom Depth 9" Top Depth 9"
Your trunk: Height ~11"Width ~33"Bottom Depth >11" Top Depth >9" <<<From eyeballing and counting pixels, probably not accurate
I bet, after this, you'll want to grab a measuring tape and go out and measure your car. If you do, please let us know what the measurements are so that others will be able to find it here.
. . . OR . . . fold down the rear seats and go nuts with 30.7 cubic feet of audio! Put enough power there (assuming they are pointing straight up) and you could launch yourself (minus your roof) straight down to China. Well, if you're in the middle of the US then you'd launch yourself to the middle of the Indian Ocean.

Reason: Added 10" to an incorrect guessed measurement
