What do you guys this of these lights for an upgrade?

Who decided these should be 96+? There was no 2006 Bonneville. This is crazy.

I think those are silverstar cool blue knockoffs. They're crap, don't buy them. In fact, when it comes to HIDs, stay clear away from ebay... They usually get the cheap Chinese knockoff stuff...

To be more clear about this, you wouldn't get the "update" you're asking for in your post. However, they blue and will light up blue. It'* not illegally bright, and if you don't get pulled over for having blue headlight bulbs, you'll have blue headlights. If that'* what you want, you can either get that or bulb paint.

I should not wonder these bulbs are on "blowout" like the ad on Ebay suggests - they are useless as an upgrade. An upgrade would be a brighter bulb not just going down the colour spectrum towards blue. Save your money here - suggest do not buy.
