Hi,

I just got a 97 SE that only has a tape player. I was hoping to upgrade it with a CD/Tape player.
Does anybody have one to sell? Does anyone know what model years that are compatible with the 97 SE?

There was no CD and Tape player offered for Bonnevilles in this year. You can use a bonneville CD from 94-99, grand prix from 94-2003, grand am from 1994-98 (probably to 200X as well) and firebird from 94-2002. You can also get a CD changer for the tape player and mount it in the trunk. Just make sure you get a Delco GM changer (usually 12 disc) and the cable that will need to be run to the back of the headunit.
