Default Need speaker replacement help

I am planning on relacing the 5 1/4 front speakers as well as the rear 6x9s. How hard is this to do? getting everything from crutchfield.com. Also planning on a new JVC Head unit. Any advice on good sounding 6x9s?

this should probably get moved to audio and electronics!

6x9s are a breeze. taking the doors apart is not so fun, but very doable. i believe there is a tech info about taking the doors apart.

as for 6x9s, i've ran 2 way kickers, boston rm9s, and alpine type rs. all with pretty decent results!

The headunit from crutchfield is nice. You get everything you need, and all the intstructions, and informating necessary.

Yeah you can, won't be as bass as 5 1/4 but easy. Just get a piece of MDF, make it the size of hte hole, and put the speaker in it. Make sure you seal it!

I'll just buy the 5 1/4 speakers. Anyone know a good sounding 6x9? Hows about JBLs?

Match whatever fronts your getting. The fronts are way more important then the 6x9. Any 6x9 in the same line as your quality fronts should be fine for rear fill.
