Default Need help with wiring and installation

I know this isn't the best set up but most of it was a gift and it'* not that bad for a first system I suppose. I have no idea what size wiring and everything else that I need to install the stuff below. Also, will I need more power or am I okay with my current battery?

to keep it simple, look for a 4 gauge amplifier wiring kit. ittl have everything you need for that setup. check out knukonceptz, stinger, rockford fosgate and streetwires. im pretty sure they all sell such kits

you wont need to upgrade anything on the car either
