Looking to add factory 12 CD chgr to 2002? anyone have it? - GM Forum - Buick, Cadillac, Chev, Olds, GMC & Pontiac chat

Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

Mine came factory installed. To be honest, I have only put 3-4 CD'd in at any one time. The performance is great as there is no difference between the quality of the dash player or the changer in the trunk. I have not had any vibration issues with it either. Also, the steering wheel controls work with the changer too, i.e. skipping tracks, discs, etc.

Any good source for the changer? Can you get them from GMpartsdirect?

Default Looking to add a factory 12 CD changer too

I'm looking also to add the factory 12 disc changer too to my 2001 SE.

I was wondering if anyone here has actually installed one themselves? If so, was it easy to do?
