I ordered white leds for my maplight mod. Well ive got one up and running. Its uses 5- 8mm, 9000mcd, white leds. Its fits right where the original light bulb goes right behind the plastic cover. It seems just as bright as the original but WHITE not yellow. The difference is night and day I was surprised. Yes I know PICS SOON!! just thought ide tease ya!

I bought mine from this site off of ebay http://stores.ebay.com/LED-Store_W0Q...enameZl2QQtZkm I paid $6.98 US including shipping for 10 8mm LEDs. Thats 70 cents each. Other sites are typically over 1 dollar each. I bought the leds because I was interested to see what 8mm ones looked like lol decided to use them after all.
