Default Installing rear speakers

which wires are the positive/negative. Its been a while since I disconnected my speakers and now I am putting in new ones. Left rear has yellow or brown, Right rear is either light blue or dark blue. Sorry for the trivial question!

P.* Any way to add larger speakers than the 3.5" in the front doors? Thanks

Depending which door pannels your car came with you either have 4x6 or 5.25" speakers. From my understanding that lower door pannel section is interchangable. So if you have the ones with the 4x6 hole and get the ones with a 5,25" hole you could use 5.25" speakers.

a search should yeild you wire colors for the speakers.

Brown and dark blue are positive.

Yellow and light blue are negative.

At least on my 93, I would think 92 is the same.
