hey im from midwest iowa. I had a Camaro 1986 but it went bad. but i have a pair of 12in. MTX magnum subwoofers and a Magnum 1000 watt amp. all the connections are correct and it isn't getting power. help please lol thanks

check the fuse under the hood. are you sure that it isnt "getting power"? or do you mean it isnt turning on? check for voltage at the power and remote terminal with the key turned on. also check to make sure that you have a good ground. If all of those things work, you may have a power supply problem. it wont be worth repair because you can get a comparable amp to that one for a little over $100. You can even send it to mtx and get a newer better refurbished amp for a good deal
