I don't believe the back seat lays down. The bottom cushion comes up.

Back seat doesn't fold down, and it is a pain in the rear to remove.

There are two bolts that holds up the top of the rear seat.. I forgot what bolt size it was but those were a pain to get out.. I had to use a breaker bar to get those out.. The bolts are the ones that have the seat belts connected to the floor..

I believe those are 15mm bolts. Take those out and get two long flat head screwdrivers. There are three tabs that hold the seat back to the chassis One towards each side and one in the middle. To get those, you'll have to pull out on the top of the seat towards the front of the car and look down between the rear deck and seat back, you will see a tab, press down on it with a screwdriver and it will pop out, Put another screwdriver handle between the seat and rear deck to keep the seat from popping back in and move on to the next tab. It'* a little bit of a pain but nothing that can't be done
