Unhappy Help

I have a 96 Bonneville
I cant get the radio to do anything
I have the code and i have done the steps before but this time it says
"inop" Can someone please help me?
I left it on run for an hour and held the mute button and so many times in the last two days...
HELP...

this is a shot in the dark, but have you disconnected the battery?? Try disconnecting the battery for a few seconds?? What was it doing before this happened??

You will need to find the phone number and a dealer code to be able to unlock the radio. Some of the various forums have it posted, I know this one does not.

It is possible though.
