Officially, no. No head unit but factory head units will work with steering wheel controls. However, the best aftermarket way to go is the way I went. I got one of the new 2004 Pioneer head units that have a jack in the back for a wired remote. Then I got a steering wheel interface from SoundGate specificly made for the new Pioneer head units. All it does is you snip a wire coming from the steering wheel, connect it to the interface, then plug the jack from the interface into the back of the new head unit. Just something to think about. Other than that, there'* nothing that I know of.

That Pioneer unit sounds very cool having a wired remote input. Any other HUs have that input?

You can also get a headunit that has a wireless IR remote. There are other adaptors that connect to the steering wheel controls in a similar way described above. It then sends the appropriate signal. Same principle but different method.

yes there are lots of ppl that have the GM steering wheel controls and use the SWI-x interface. The omly thing that you need is a headunit with a IR remote
