I got this deck for christmas. Its one of the ones Ive been looking at for a while. Ive got this one so I dont have to choose now! What do you guys (and girls) think of this stereo?

You're paying for that screen. I'd prefer to get a better HU with a more normal screen, something with more SQ features, higher output, etc. then a flashy screen. But that'* just me.

LOL no Im definately going to put it in. I was just wondering what people thought of it. So the general consensus is its good? Im happy with that! thanks guys this deck has 2 volt preouts, will that be a problem because I am going to use an external amp only?

2v preouts are no problem! Just mean your gain is set higher then if you had 4v. I agree, the MP3 thing is great, i won't buy another car deck without it, unless it'* a very HIGH SQ system, and getting it would mean a lesser product.

i have a 5500mp which is a lower model but i love mine. yeah its has 2v preouts but i love the mp3 option. their nothing better then putting 10 cd on to 1 cd.
