Hard choice ,sealed 13w7 or a ported 12w7?
Well I vote SEALED either sub. But first question is what amps are you going to be running. Maybe wattage will make the choice. Personally I LOVE MY 2 10W7'*!!!
I perfer little tighter bass and like the responce of a 10 over 12 or bigger. My 10'* play plenty low enough, not missing any notes here. I beleive that the bigger the sub the sloppier it will play, but a 13.5w7 with proper wattage will POUND so HARD that you wont be able to notice the slop cause your whole car is going to vibrate. Hope you plan on some series sound dampening.

You would think the JL boxes are pretty good, I 'm not saying there not but my last setup was the JL PRO-wedge with 2 10w3'* and I blew a sub ever year off the recomended wattage. I might of turned up the boost and gains once and a while for fun though. Gotta love a warrenty. I got 5 years on everything in my car right now. Kinda want to blow a w7 just to get a new one.

I've heard good stuff too, but you definetly don't have a nice company to back you up, Their website was last updated on waaaay back in 2003. They do have a good rep, but i'm still behind the w7. Did you check out adire audio?
