ground question

Is it alright to use the same grounding bolt for both the amp and the capacitor.

When I had my setup on my 98 I used a distribution box hooked for the cap and the amp to make it visually presentable.

Yes. Grounds should all have the lowest impedance between each other. Same point is the best you can do.
