Default Got my stereo in

I finally got my stereo in. I replaced all the speakers with new ones and put in my subs from my last car. Rear 6x9s are Audiobahns with a removable tweeter so I could mount it where the factory ones were. Front doors have MAaudio components. I had two 0.5 farad caps that I got cheap a long time ago and never opened so I put them in. I’m not sure if they are worth a dang or not. Maybe some day I will get a single 1 farad one. Then I could put it on top of the rack between the amps. My main goal was to get everything in and still be able to use the pass through (I ski) and have not to difficult access to the spare if needed. I’ll have to add a picture of the HU when ever I take one. Click n the pics for larger one.

Amp rack tilted down. It is hinged in the back.

Amp rack up. Stays solid. Yeah I know the one mount is crooked

Subs in place. They are screwed to the plastic spare cover. I may change this some day. I would like to build my own boxes that fit better some day too.

I like the install, but since you mentioned easy access to spare yet still have the pass through have you considered a platform?? so you dont have to move the boxes to get to the spare?

I guess I don't see how a platform would allow easier access to the spare. You are talking about something like a false floor in the trunk right?

like that, but do NOT hold your boxes like that, it doesn't work well. Those clamps in those positions were a failed idea.
