Yeah, they pop out, carefully. It'* a solid piece of plastic with 4 clips holding it on. The speaker'* screw access is from the other side, which stinks.

yeah, the speaker grills come off from the ouside, but that doesn't help at all the screws holding the speakers to the door panel are accessed from the other side of the door panel. It'* a real pain in the arse to replace speakers on a '92-'95 because there are actually two main peices to the door panel (it took me a while to figure out how the hell to get that thing off of there), where as the '96-'99 is one peice, making it easier.

i pop mine off to see what was there and 2 clips on the grill broke.

ill probly goto the junkyard and get a new one. maybe i can experiment on the old one with a pontiac symbol and some paint.
