Default Easiest Power antenna swap in the world I think!!!

I did the power swap in my 94 today (while messing with my 2.5 year old and letting her play with the tools) in under 30 minutes! Un plug old, unbolt 2 10 mm bolts, pull it out of panel, push power up through, drill lower bolt hole, bolt in 2 10 mm bolts plug existing harness into relay and antenna wire into power antenna. Turn on radio and enjoy the sweet sound of a POWER ANTENNA!!!! Pictures later SORRY...I had a 2 year old with me and a drill near by not much time to take snaps!!! LOL

was it the exact same antenna cuz when i did an aftermarket one it was a bigger staff and i had to rig up my own bracket to hold it in place. My aftermarket one rocks from pep boys but yah it was also a bit more work. (1.5-2 hrs of work) I'm glad your antenna swap went well. It sucks having an antenna that doesnt work.
