Default E-20 on radio??????

My sister just purchased a 1999 GP. When she got into the car and turned on the radio/cd player it had the message "E-20." Just wondering if you guys know what this message means. Thanks

Default possibly..

In my mom'* 01 impala that usually means there is a disc stuck in it or that a blank disc was inserted, or that it is too scratched up..on a cd player at home that'* what it means too..try checking that, otherwise it should be in the manual about what the errors are..
