Default crappy reception Stock 97 Lesabre Radio!

hey guys my 97'* radio gets crappy reception how could i go about fixing this or just seeing whats wrong?

check all the antenna connections. At the antenna and at the radio.

Do you see the antenna on the car?

If so.. check at the base of it and check where the antenna connects to the radio.

Trace back the antenna wire through the dash and through the rest of the car. Generally, there is an antenna connection in the dash, so make sure that one is cool.

Do you have a window antenna? If so, make sure that it is still solid (no connections came loose, etc..).
