crappy reception Stock 97 Lesabre Radio!
 

hey guys my 97's radio gets crappy reception how could i go about fixing this or just seeing whats wrong?

check all the antenna connections. At the antenna and at the radio.

i know where the radio one it but where are the otheres?

any one else this is such a pain!

Do you see the antenna on the car?

If so.. check at the base of it and check where the antenna connects to the radio.

no lol my car does not have a fender style one i dont know where it is lol

Trace back the antenna wire through the dash and through the rest of the car. Generally, there is an antenna connection in the dash, so make sure that one is cool.

Do you have a window antenna? If so, make sure that it is still solid (no connections came loose, etc..).

how do i check the windows?

no one knows how to check the windows or has ever had this prob before?
