BillBoost37 04-23-2007 08:27 AM

Do you see the antenna on the car?

If so.. check at the base of it and check where the antenna connects to the radio.

rogers 04-23-2007 02:55 PM

no lol my car does not have a fender style one i dont know where it is lol

slick94prix 04-23-2007 03:12 PM

Trace back the antenna wire through the dash and through the rest of the car. Generally, there is an antenna connection in the dash, so make sure that one is cool.

Do you have a window antenna? If so, make sure that it is still solid (no connections came loose, etc..).

rogers 04-23-2007 07:07 PM

how do i check the windows?

rogers 04-24-2007 08:55 PM

no one knows how to check the windows or has ever had this prob before?

slick94prix 04-24-2007 09:45 PM

You can check the connection at the window antenna, thats about as far as I know about them.

I'd start by tracing the actual antenna line, make sure it's still fully connected.

rogers 04-24-2007 10:36 PM

ya i know i can check but i dont know where it is thats what i have been trying to say where is this on the window!!! :D

slick94prix 04-24-2007 10:37 PM

I'm not totally for sure to be truthful, but I believe it's at the top of either the front or rear windshield.

rogers 04-30-2007 10:05 AM

ok i still need some help here guys what else could be causeing this i even went out and got a new deck and STILL i have this porb!

BillBoost37 04-30-2007 12:49 PM

First you might try spelling, punctuation and capitalization. ;)

Have you tried looking at the windows? Checked your owners manual? Seems that there must be an antenna and you should have plugged it in when doing the deck. Next up is finding the connection at the window, whichever one it might be.
