Yes, that is 100% right.

This whole thread is not about what 100 diffrent things you can do to fix one problem.
its about what is the best way to do it, while also not having to mod the stock wiring or socket when there is no need to.

and that one and only way is to get the right Part.
Thats it, all there is to it.

let this whole thread big one BIG hard to read misspelled lump of, "just dont go out and buy any LED bulb with out checking" warning
lol right i and i fixed it just tried some of my friends piaa super plasm white bulbs and they work. There not led that is why that work lol

well theres no reason for LEDs not to work if you get the right ones, but if thats what you want to do it ok with me
