Default CD Changer

I have a sony cdx-71 cd changer lying around here and from the cables i have its not universal, i was wondering if there was someway of hooking it up to work with the stock head unit, i think your supposed to have a sony head unit but i dont have one nor do i really like them. is there a way to get universal cables for it so that it will work or something that i can splice into?

thanks heres a website with pictures of what it looks like

I'd try Googling and seeing if you can find a conversion kit of some sort. Your stock headunit isn't setup for it, you'd need an FM modulator.
