but was this an alright place to ground stuff? i'm grounding a cigarette lighter, a relay, and my lights here..........so far it'* been a great ground for the relay, as i got the relay to click when i turned the key on but then my day was ruined when i found out i had run out of spade connectors

i should've taken pictures of the whole wiring process, but i was too anxious to get this done

That ground should be fine as long as it connects to the chassis with a minimum of corroson in between.
