Default Bluetooth with Onstar

I am not using my Onstar. Has anybody tried that replacement called BlueStar 2010? Apparently it allows you to pair your phonewishing Bluetooth with the Onstar system?
And they say no extra fees, you don't even have to subscribe to Onstar.

No subscription nessisary as its not a service. It is just a blutooth interface that conects the onstar mic and stereo via Bluetooth to your cell phone. For hands free calling.

I don't think it'* worth the $265 price tag.
