u know how its takes a lil bit longer to starts when the battery low. i cant explain it very good sorry.

what rpo is the elc?

you dont have the ELC, get a meter on the battery and see the drain when the car is off, the disconnect the amp and remeasure

just measure how much power the battery is at when the car is off and amp unplugged and then measure with amp plugged in then do the difference right?

measure the drain with no amp, and then measuere with the amp connected

what good is that going to do? You need to measure amps by putting the leads in series with the battery and battery cable. I've tried this but my multimeter doesnt' read anything with the ignition off, and it goes down to .001 amps.

it should read something when the cars off cuz their is always power at the battery.
