Default Audio install

Im workin on putting my new system in my new impala. So far it consists of two 12in pioneer premeir champion pros(3001D4) an a Ma audio (hk-2000d) amp. Im running into a problem hooking up the head unit though. For some reason it wont turn off correctly weve checked both costant an switched power sources and I am baffled lol.

are you using an adapter for all the crap you lose when putting in an aftermarket unit? if so it could be bad or you transposed a wire.

I bought a kit off ebay that had the adapters an the mounting kit in it. But it doesnt have the gm interface so I will lose the door chimes and steering wheel controls but for an extra 150$ I wasnt to worried lol

doing the install as soon as the amp comes in the mail... Just did a little research and sure enough!..... factory harness doesnt include a switched power source so we gotta tap into one, thats a impracticle pain, o well...
