this is weird. 92 sse stock everything newer monsoon cd player. problem was there with stock radio. not all the fm stations do it and it doesnt happen all the time. i am getting a popping noise not the usual humm. its driving me crazy. is there a filter i can add to get rid of it. if so on the wiring harness what is the power lead so i know what wire to cut. thanks for any help you can give me

Check out audio shops in your area, they should have something to help filter out the noise. Otherwise check the ground wire and make sure it has a clean contact with no other ground in the same spot.

sounds like ground noise to me does it do it only on the radio or does it do it all of the time. a ground loop isolator/insulator (whatever) might help
