The weather stripping is the best answer. But get something good. Or perhaps get some 1/4-1/2" foam at Wal-Mart or something.. that may do the trick too. Just something to keep pressure on the door panel.

the problem is the speakers are mounted to the door panel. this is bad for sound and rattles like hell. the problem is that the doors do not have a inner lining of metal. it is just thick plastic. i cut this back where the speakers where going. i dynamated the outer skin and then made a inner panel with wood. i cut the hole for the speaker then covered the whole inner door with dynamate. i also put the dynamate sound absourber behind the speakers to cancel the rear wave from the speaker. this set up rocks and does not rattle at all.
