Default Aftermarket Auto Dim Mirror Question

Hey guys and girls...

My girlfriend bought me an aftermarket autodimming/compass/temp rear view mirror for our anniversary, and I am really excited about hooking it up...

Here is the link to the same one

My question to you all, is there a way to make the green display characters (compass and temp) turn to red?

thanks in advance
