98 bonne ssei radio display
Radio shack might carry the bulb, but I just had to replace mine in my 96 Bonne, and had to order 1 from Ebay...... It was the bulb and fixture that holds the bulb also.....
Go to Ebay and search............. Pontiac Display Lamp. 18 bucks for the bulb.....Kinda pricey but better than guessing what time and station you are on.

Did you still need a bulb @ the forums rate that I have listed in the For Sale section? I recieved a PM from Danthurs saying you were trying to get ahold of me.
Sorry if I'm too late -I don't get on here very often.

I went to eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices and typed in pontiac display lamp and it took me right to what I needed..... I ordered one. Although they are 18 bucks or so. That is the right bulb that you need, and can be installed in about 5 or 10 minutes.
Good luck.
Good luck.
It'* not worth shipping it unless you have 0 mechanical aptitude. No one will sell this to you for less - my brother rhas been running a factory car audio ebay business for almost 9 yrs and was the first on ebay selling these bulbs. He'* having me offer them to the forums at discounted rates so there are no ebay fees involved.
As for a warranty - I doubt these'll burn out in less than a year. How many years did it take for the first one to burn out.
If you want to ship the radio off for a shop to replace the bulb ship it my way -I'll do the labor for $5 over the cost of the bulb. You will have to pay shipping each way, but that shouldn't be much. Should be under $40 and shipping via UPS will be the cheapest as long as you don't go to a "UPS Store" that is privately owned, but is only endorsed by UPS. They will not give you the discount for shipping to a UPS business address. Go to either a true UPS terminal or to their website. Shipping each way should be under $10, especially if going from a business address to another business, where both are regular stops for the UPS truck.
