Default 93 newb door mount

well I'm pretty much stuck with the doors as far as mounting front speakers is concerned, so my question(*) is:
1. What can I do to reinforce the door and get the rattles out?
2. How can I reinforce or build new mounts for the door panel bolts/screws?
3. How much dynamat will I need and how much will it cost?
4. Can I install the dynamat myself or should it be installed by someone who'* used it before?
5. Where is the best place to buy dynamat?

I had considered building boxes in other areas of the car but have decided that it will just look like crap and that'* not good.

By the way, since my 93 is the non-SSE is there any way to get a supercharger somewhere and install it on the bare 3800?

Door kits who makes door kits?
So far I've found and have been told that no one makes kits unless you're talking custom made kits.

Dynamat is the easiest way to quiet the vibration sound of the plastic, and you won't need very much. I've found that a lot of the sound comes from the window switches assembly vibrating against the door panel. I think someone once suggested hot glue as a fix for some of the door vibrations.
