92 vs 94 stock cd player (internal adjustments?)

Ok, so swapping the main boards worked. I now have a working 94 year CD player and a 92 year tapedeck that probably doesn't get any radio reception (I didn't test it).

glad to see ya got it figured out.....the differences between the years and models of equipment can be a pain.
