I have an 89 SE Bonneville that needs the ignition lock replaced. How do I remove the remote radio controls on the steering wheel to get to the ignition lock? There are no visible screws and a dealer body shop repairman guesses that four clips, two on top and two on bottom of contols are used. Has anybody actually had experience removing the controls?

Should be some screws behind the controls.
