Default 2003 SSEI CD player problem.. Please help

The radio works fine but when you go to put a CD in it is like the motor or CD censor doesnt work to take the CD all the way into the player. So do I get a new CD player or is there an easy fix for this? If I need to get a new CD player where is a good place to get one that is factory?

The only problem with getting them from the j/y or Ebay is that they are programmed to the vin of the car they came out of and from what i was told not just a pop in and go set up. If you do get one from there you will have to send it out to a place that fixes radio'* and have them restore all the programming on it to factory with a new security code. Better off just to go aftermarket for a new one that will have more features.

From what I was told at the dealer when I brought a head unit I got from the j/y out of an 04 SE they said I could not use it cause the pin was to the vin of the other car. Even if i had that pin they could not program that head to work in my car. They also said that I would have to send it off to a place that fixes them to clear the old vin out of it so that they could make it work in my car. The guys i talked to are good friends of mine there so they weren't just feeding me BS to get a new one from them. In the end i just took the face plate off the j/y one and put it on mine.
