Do all 2003 SLEs have speakers in the rear doors or only ones with the monsoon system.

No, only those with the BOSE system have speakers in the rear doors and I believe that they're 5.25" in the rear doors, not 6.75" like those in the front..

Think there is wiring in the rear doors for speakers.

when I had the rear door panel off of my brother'* Bonneville to replace the window regulator I did not see any extra wiring for the rear door speakers.
