Default 1995 Stock Head Unit Question

I'm trying to install an FM Modulator and I need to know what wire to use for ground, and power. I searched and came upon Bill'* post saying

Great job buddy...beat me to it when I told you I was going to finish mine today.

It is really simple. Red wire from the factory harness for power and black for ground.

I thought about that location but decided against it. Too much movement. Plus the bare led leads are nearly touching the metal of ur shifter. I suppose you could tape it first.

BTW...I'm typing from a pc with no "o" key. hint hint. Putting the finishing touches on my setup.

Is this correct for a 1995 SSEi head unit?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mick

IIRC yes. Usually on any stock or aftermarket radio, the Red is positive and Black is negative. Its the yellow and orange that people get confused with sometimes.
