Wiper motor diagram
In case you're wondering why.
Wipers have stopped working, but in an odd way. If I turn the wipers on (mist, delay, slow, fast), nothing happens. But, if I help them a bit they'll completely a full wipe cycle. They keep getting "stuck" in the park position. Went to the JY and got a used motor, same thing. Went to the parts store to get a new motor, same thing. Replaced the stalk with a known good one from Steve'* car, same thing.
I'm all out of freaking ideas here.

This request is posted in a Bonneville discussion, but the only vehicle mentioned is a 2004 Silverado. Are you wanting the pinouts for the Silverado? Or a Bonneville?
I suspect what you really want is the wire IDs for the control stalk, along with the troubleshooting steps for those circuits.
It sounds to me like you are missing one of the power leads if the stalk won't turn on the motor. The circuit in the motor uses a rubbing contact plate to supply power to the wipers when the other power is turned off, until that contact plate reaches the bare spot which is when the wipers stop.

Umm no one mentioned the Silverado, it'* just in his signature. It'* for a 2002 Bonneville SSEi, thus why it'* posted in the 2000-2005 Bonneville section, because the diagram is the same for that entire year range.....
Yes, it'* posted there too. It'* for the same car, 2002 Bonneville.
I'm looking for anything that could help with diagnosing the circuit. It has to be in wiring since new switches and motors haven't fixed anything.

no way to post the diagram right now but;
at the motor
dk blue wiper signal 1
gray wiper signal 2
prple high
yellow acc voltage
ground is one of the blacks the other says not used
dont see anything but the switch and the motor in the circuit
switch is fed by yellow from acc fuse
wsw fuse bypasses switch on yellow to motor
