There are hoses that can come unconnected, fuses to blow and switches to go bad.

Need to get more information along the lines of what the guys have already asked.

....or if it'* been cold, some of the less expensive fluids can freeze up in the hoses.

All common things seem in tact. Have fluid, all lines attached, wipers work, no frozen fluid. Found another treat that suggest the washer switch or maybe washer pump. Any way to test these (foir dummies?)

Do the wipers operate when the washer switch is depressed? Try disconnecting the two pin connector at the washer pump. With a multi-meter set on a low DC voltage scale, connect one meter lead (red) to pin "A" ,the other meter lead (black) to ground, have someone operate the washer switch. Is 12 vdc indicated on the meter while washer switch is depressed? Shift the meter to read continuity (ohms), place one lead in pin "B", the other lead to ground, does the meter indicate "0" ohms? If you can accomplish these very basic steps, it would be useful information in the troubleshooting effort.
