Default Wheel bearing torque

The first bearing I did(got it from GM Parts Direct) came with specific instructions to torque it to 180 ft. lbs. This one which I also got from them didn't come with any instructions so do I go with the 180 ft. lbs. or with the factory spec of 118 ft. lbs?

70 foot pounds for the hub to knuckle bolts.

118 foot pounds for the hub axle nut.
